01Days 1–2Istanbul

Settle into this city of two continents, then explore Topkapı Palace, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the storied Hippodrome.

02Day 3Gallipoli & Çanakkale

Cross the Dardanelles and discover the moving history of Gallipoli, Anzac Cove and Lone Pine Memorial before an evening by the waterfront.

03Days 4–5Troy, Pergamon & Selçuk

Walk through 4,000 years of legend at Troy, explore Pergamon and Ephesus, then cook and share traditional Aegean dishes in Şirince.

04Day 6Pamukkale

Visit ancient Laodikeia and Hierapolis, then take in Pamukkale’s surreal white travertines and mineral-rich thermal waters.

05Days 7–8Antalya

Picnic among the mountain ruins of Termessos, wander Antalya’s old town and enjoy a free day along the Mediterranean coast.

06Day 9Aspendos & Konya

See one of the ancient world’s best-preserved theatres, visit the Eşrefoğlu Mosque and discover the legacy of Rumi at the Mevlana Museum.

07Days 10–11Cappadocia

Descend into Derinkuyu, witness a Whirling Dervish ceremony, explore Göreme’s cave churches and share dinner with a local family in Zelve.

08Days 12–14Return to Istanbul

Fly back to Istanbul for a Bosphorus cruise, a Grand Bazaar walk and more time to explore before your journey concludes.

A note about ANZAC Day: Because this departure reaches the Gallipoli portion near April 25, G Adventures notes that an alternative activity may be scheduled when a visit falls on ANZAC Day.
